VAN BRIGGLE POTTERY
VINTAGE PARAKEET LAMPS PAIR IN THE MULBERRY COLOR You are bidding on a pair of Vintage Museum quality Van Briggle lamps with original butterfly shades. They are in excellent condition for the most part as the pottery base part of each lamp has no chips, cracks, crazing, or any damage that I can see. The red plastic part of the butterfly shades shows a small amount of cracking around the top part of the shade.....but not very noticeable considering that these shades are the original ones. They are approximately 13" tall including the shade. The mulberry colored pottery part is 6 3/4" tall. They both work very well with cords that are in excellent shape. They both are numbered on the bottoms as my many pictures will show one of the numbers. The numbers are 39-55, and 22-55. From the research that I have done this set should be worth approximately $800-$1200. I am going to start them out at only $9.99 with no reserve at all; and let everyone have a chance to bid on this wonderful set. Shipping will be $25.00 in the 48 Continental States via UPS with insurance being mandatory. This would really make a nice Christmas present for someone that collects Van Briggle pottery....or even someone who does not!! This set is vintage all the way...it is not any cheap reproduction junk. My many pictures show the lamps fairly well, but if you have any questions please email me for more details on this set.
