This is a vintage issue of VANITY FAIR from June 1928, cover by George Lepape.In pretty good shape, cover a little dirty, nice pages, back cover missing.Magazine has loads of color car ads, and highlight is an article on Greta Garbo, with a full page photo of her. There's also an article on musical comedy, focusing on Fred Astaire, Ed Wynn, Jack Donahue, Hal Skelly, and Joe Cook (with caricatures of them by Covarrubias.)There are also features by Theodore Dreiser, John Dos Passos, and Max Beerbohm. Several full page photos too, including dancer Agnes De Mille, actor Dennis King, actress Mary Duncan, and vaudeville star Marion Harris. Also a photo page of 6 "distinguished young people who have recently come up in the world" : Walter Winchell, Thornton Wilder, Horowitz, Helen Morgan, Janet Gaynor and Reuben Mamoulian. And two illustrated pages of cars and fashion. Lots more!
