All glass vintage Venetian necklace with 18 oval "sommerso" (Italian for 'submerged' due to floating copper or aventurine particles) beads. Beads have a black core with sparkling copper. Beads are about 7/8" long. Stringing appears adequate with crystal bead spacers, 17 1/2" long. Good overall vintage condition, no chips, barrel clasp. This is a lovely classic vintage Venetian necklace! Lots of sparkle, day or night!
