Vintage Vic and Sade Radio Show Town Map. Relive the good old days of Vic and Sade! This map belonged to my Grandmother, she must have been a fan of the show. She dated it May 28, 1936 on the back. The original radio show ran from 1932-1944. The map has small pictures of Vic, Sade and son, Rush in the lower right hand corner, and says, "This is a map of the town where we live~prepared by Vic and Rush." It shows the streets and buildings aroud the fictitious town, Vic's workplace, Rush's school and some of the residents. It is captioned throughout with things like, "Mr. and Mrs. Call live here~Her new chicks just hatched." and "Grandpa Snyder is going home~He wouldn't say where he had been". The map is on cardboard and measures 15 x 13.25 inches. There are some bends and creases, although mild ones, and the corners are somewhat dogeared, please see photo, but for being 75 years old, it is in pretty good shape.
