You are bidding on a Vintage Victor S. Co. Silver & Glass Pitcher. This is just a beautiful pitcher! It measures approx. 10âe tall including the knob on the lid. This is a well-made solid piece . The pitcher is pretty heavy ~ the glass on it is thick. It sits in a silver holder ~ Iâe(tm)m not sure if it is silver or silver plated. The pitcher is not totally attached to the silver holder; I think if you wanted to take it out you could unscrew the holder and it would come out; although I didnâe(tm)t try to do this. The inside of the lid reads: VICTOR . S . CO R0193 0 64 4 9 The number 64 is inside a square; please see picture. Itâe(tm)s in excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks. HOWEVER , it does have scratches towards the bottom probably from someone using a spoon or something in it to stir. It also needs a good cleaning/polishing. This would make a lovely addition to any dinner table or collection. Itâe(tm)s just a wonderful vintage piece! This is going to be a heavy piece to mail ~ it weighs well over 3 lbs BEFORE packaging it to mail. Please ignore the reflections/glare from the camera flash in the pictures. UNLESS, it is mailed Priority in which case I can have the post office pick up your package and it can be mailed a lot sooner. Delivery Confirmation is included in all shipping charges. Due to the cost of things I must add a small Handling Charge for the cost of packing materials ~ depending on the item to be mailed it can range from .35 cents to $1.50 (which would be for a larger glass item). I wrap everything in bubble wrap and if it is a glass item it is wrapped at least 2X in bubble wrap and then all items are packed tight with packing peanuts. I pack very carefully so that the item can arrive to you in one piece and you are able to enjoy it! COMMENT REGARDING SHIPPING: I would recommend having your item shipped Priority due to the fact that lately any package that I have mailed Parcel Post has taken over 1 month to get to w its supposed to go (this is in the USA). I've never had a problem with Priority mail. I will be more than happy to ship Parcel Post if you request it but please understand that I can't guarantee when you will receive your package.
