A nice quality Solid Silver 1897 Chester Hallmarked Victorian gentlemans English Lever pocket watch with Antique winding/setting key...Good original condition..Runs for a while but stops..Selling requiring a service.. The heavy guage solid silver case has Chester Hallmarks for 1897 and is signed by maker CH..(Charles Horner?)...The case is in very good condition with no dents, crisp engine turned detail to the back and sides..Strong hinges..Flip open push button back cover working well..Clean clear original glass lens.. Original White enamel dial with subsecond register is in good clean condition with no cracks or chips.. Good quality jeweled English Lever movement with original dust cover is in good clean and complete condition..It winds and sets smoothly..Runs for a while(sometimes several hours) but stops..Selling requiring a service.. The watch comes with original period antique winding/setting key.. A nice quality Victorian solid silver gentlemans pocket watch..Possibly made by Charles Horner?..Good clean condition...Circa 1897...The watch measures..48mm diameter..
