Seated on a thin plate of decorated brass. Has decorative floral brass lid. Glass is swirled that reflects the imperfections of pieces long ago. Measures 2 inches tall. Tray is 4 3/4 inches long. Tiny pinpoint nick on the inside lip of the bottle.. Check out my other items ! I will gladly combine shipping on multiple auction wins.
