Vintage VOIGTLANDER PERKEO 1 FOLDING CAMERA A very nice example of this folding camera which was produced from1952 to 1955 (with double exposure prevention). It is fitted with a Voigtlander Vaskar 80mm f/4.5 lens and a Pronter S shutter. The lens optics are crystal clear but there are several internal dust specks, particularly on the inner side of the rear lens (see final photograph). There are also some tiny dust specks within the viewfinder. The camera has been cleaned and all functions appear to be working correctly (the absolute accuracy of shutter speeds has not been checked). The diaphragm is clean and opens proportionately with the f settings. The bellows have been checked as light-tight. Cosmetically, the camera is in very good condition, but there are a number of usage marks, some light metal corrosion and a couple of indentations where the metal part has been knocked (see photographs).
