VINTAGE WARMINK MANTEL CLOCK WITH KEY WUBA BRASS INNER WORKS NUMBERED 697647 AND SIGNED UW 7/120 After 75 years in business and craftsmanship dating back to the 17th century, Warmink Uhren (WUBA CLOCKS)of Almalo, The Netherlands has closed their doors forever. The Warmink family has decided to retire. The remaining items are being sold off but once they are gone, t will never be any more manufactured AND NOW MAKING THESE CLOCKS COLLECTORS ITEMS. Made in the 1950's from beautiful burl wood with ornate brass accents. The exterior case is in wonderful condition with the exception of one small ding at the bottom front intricate designs on each side. Above the clock face is the sun and moon. I am selling this for someone else but the clock seems to be in working order, however it seems to loose about 10 minutes a day. T are instructions as to how to fix this problem, but I was afraid to adjust it. I'm not sure how often you need to wind these but it seems it stops ticking after about 2-21/2 days. The clock chimes the time on every hour and once each half hour. Once at 6:00 I noticed it only chimed 5 times but the next time it chimed 6. It may just need a good cleaning and adjustment. The overall size is 10 1/2" high, 7 1/2" wide and 6" deep PAYMENT I use Paypal as my preferred payment and payment needs to be received within 5 days of the end of auction. I will also accept U. S. money orders and cashiers checks ( sorry no personal checks accepted). If you are paying by one of these two methods please contact me within 48 hours of end of auction and I can extend your 5 day payment deadline a bit to allow for postal delivery. If after 10 days payment has not been received the item will be resold and a non-payment form will be filed. Items will be shipped when form of payment clears. SHIPPING Buyers pay all shipping costs. All items will be packaged to the best of my ability to prevent damage. Insurance is optional however, I will not be responsible for any damage sustained during shipping. ONLY INSURED items will be illegible for a refund should they be damaged by the shipping company.
