Beautiful Oval Wave Crest Hinged Dresser Box with Gold Lining This box is very old. I am not an expert, so I have provided many photos. The pattern is swirls with painted flowers (maybe daisies) on top. The swirls remind me of an Italian Lace Wedding Cake. This elegant box is in very nice condition. No chips or cracks. Of course, t is some wear on the metal. The hinges are in good working order. The lining has a few tears, but is intact. The Wave Crest Stamp is on the bottom. 5 1/2" long x 3 1/2" wide by 3" tall The shape of the box is oval, with a 1/2 inch inset in the middle like an hour glass. The base is about 1/4" tall and is inset about the same as the middle. I have described the box to the best of my ability, but I am not an expert on Wave Crest, so please email with any questions. Insurance is optional. However, I cannot be responsible for what happens to the package once it leaves my hands, so please consider insurance on this beautiful item. No handling fee is added.
