VINTAGE (1940-1970) Baby Rattle / Teething Ring WEB Sterling You are bidding on a beautiful little WEB Sterling Baby Rattle / Teething Ring. This neat vintage item is nicely adorned with a birth record; you can engrave the time, date, year, and weight of a baby on the face of the rattle. The ring is made of mother of pearl. And, the rattle is attached to the ring with a sterling belt (see pictures). This item is in excellent condition ! T are only slight scuff marks on the sterling rattle and ring; I am sure they could be buffed easily. This would make a terrific addition to your collection, or a fantastic vintage gift for a new parent. This item measures approximately 3 1/8" high (from top of ring to bottom of rattle). The ring measures approximately 1 3/4" round, and the rattle measures approximately 1 1/4" high and 1 1/16" wide (at the bottom). The entire item weighs approximately 13.4 grams .
