Vintage WESTERN ELECTRIC capacitor D164641=10uF>> checks good!>>> This is a vintage Western Electric capacitor that I checked on my cap checker at 10.4uF, plus I put 250 volts DC across the terminals for 5 minutes and there was no current draw on the mA meter so no leakage! This was found in a box with many other WE caps, plus a transformer and the box shipping label showed that the items packed inside were originally WE caps, so I am assuming these are new, never used. Plus the fact that there were shorting wires across the terminals on most of them. Unfortunately the paint job looks bad due to the damp conditions encountered at one time. Use a little steel wool and grey paint and they'll look like new! Size of the capacitor is 4 13/16" * 4 11/16" * 1 3/8". Thanks for looking!
