This older fan is in fine working condition, it starts right up and moves the air right off, it runs smoothly. Cosmetically t is some dirt, wear, etc. as seen. It adjusts in height between 36 and 60 inches. I don't think it can be broken down for shipping, so the price will reflect that. Items are shipped within 1-2 business days. Insurance is included on all purchases. I accept other forms of payment as well, such as m.o.'s.
