A very nice, very clean Singer 221K (AKA featherweight) sewing machine. This machine was used by my mother for the small jobs, patching and such. It runs smooth from a slow speed to full and in between, light works, cords are supple and free of hardness or cracking. The case shows minor areas of wear and minor dings in a couple of spots. T is no staining on the outside of the box and the lock is functioning just fine. It had been stored for a while, so a proper maintenance lube and new belt might be recommended however not needed. It is a real find and you will be hard pressed to ever come across another one like it and would be hard to upgrade on. The trim on the case is a cream white color with the case being of a turquoise or aquamarine in color. Insurance will be mandatory on this item and is included in the quoted shipping price for the lower 48 states. Pick-up would omit on shipping and handling charges.
