This is a vintage Willcox & Gibbs sewing machine. It stands 8" tall to the top of the spool pin holder, is 10-1/4" long overall and has a scalloped base. The cloth plate measures 4-3/4" by 6". It is adjustable from 12 to 30 stitches per inch. T is a needle in it. Also included is the wing bolt to fasten it to a table top or stand.All parts move freely and appear to function well. T is some wear in the japaning on the small wheel, approximately 5% of the gilt decoration is worn off and t is some light pitting visible on the cloth plate. They don't come along in this great condition very often.
