This Wilton Armetale RWP soup tureen is from my Mother's estate and was used at her company dinner table and as a decorative addition to her collection of other RWP pieces displayed in her hutch (see my additional RWP listings). It is 12 1/2" wide, 4" tall without lid, 8" tall with lid. The ladle is 7 1/2" long. The inside bottom has some markings made by the ladle. Each Wilton Armetale piece is individually cast and hand finished in America so t are some rough outside edges. From the Wilton website: Don't be misled by the beauty; Wilton Armetale® serveware is made to be used. Its beauty is long-lasting, without the handle-with-care cautions and constant polishing demanded by silver products... Simply wash your Armetale serveware with mild soap, then rinse with hot water and towel-dry... Durable, oven and freezer safe, refrigerator safe, safe for cooking and serving foods, non-toxic, requires no polishing. Not to be used in microwave or dishwasher. Seller will include a copy of manufacturer's Care and Use instructions.
