Item Description: Up for auction is a Chein tin toy penguin. The toy is in working played with condition. There is wear and scratches to the litho from play. It measures 4 inches tall. It would make a nice addition to any collection. See photos for more details and to help judge condition. What you see in the picture is what you get. Items are being sold as is.
