Wonderful Valentine depicting the Scarecrow from the Wizard of Oz falling down and declaring the sentiment "I'm Falling for You". This is a card Licensed by Loew's Incorporated from motion Picture "Wizard of Oz". It has a blue A.C.Co in a shield and Product of USA. along with the number 152. I assume that is a mark for American Card Company.The card has some flaking on the back, minor flaking and wear on the front. Scarecrows face has a crease thru it ans is a bit weak as are the flaps for the stand. This is still a great card and very collectible. Nice collectible card from an adorable era of our childhood. It will make a special addition to your collection. You will be glad you purchased this card. Shipping is $2.50 in a padded mailer by first class mail.
