This fine man with his yellow and red top hat, yellow and black vest, black trousers and red shoes is 5 3/4" tall. He stands on a wood base with an iron mechanism underneath. There is another iron piece as shown in my photos.I am not sure how this worked. The figure is in good condition but has a bad paint-peeling problem. Legs and arms move good.
