Up for bid today is a vintage 4-footed ornately carved cedar wood box in a floral theme. The center of the box lid is decorated with a colorful mountain, cabin, tree and bridge scene. The inside of the hinged lid contains a mirror with gold rose trim around the perimeter. The box comes complete with it's own tiny metal gold tone padlock and 2 keys. These match the hinged metal locking mechanism on the front of the box. This beautiful piece is in excellent condition without any damage that we can find. It measures approximately 4 3/8" tall, 10 5/8" long and 6 1/8" deep. This box would be a fantastic addition to your vintage wood box collection and can serve a multitude of purposes on a woman's or man's dresser as a jewelry box or a place to store your important papers.
