This is a vintage wooden dental chest/cabinet with some dental tools inside. The outside of the chest is covered in black leather like material (perhaps artificial leather) and it has metal corners and latches. The chest measures 14 “ w by 8 1/2” d by 11 “ h and weighs about 10 pounds. The chest front opens to reveal four drawers, a large one on top and three smaller ones. The drawer fronts are stained dark and appear to be made of oak. The inside of the drawers and chest top and front are lined with purple velvet. The velvet in the top drawer shows some wear possibly due to a spill at one time.The dental tools consist mostly of probes with some additional tools. Many of the tools are stamped with manufacturer names such as: CH GRAFRATH N.Y. (four probes), Clev-Dent (six probes and one additional tool), and one probe each marked Ivory, Bisco, and SS White. One tool is marked Novocol Chemical Mfg. Co. Inc. N.Y. A few of the probes have a small amount of rust. There is also a small cut glass tray about 1” by 2”. I am selling the chest and tools “as is”. Shipping will be by UPS ground and the shipping cost will depend on the buyer’s location. The handling cost of $5.00 includes a box and bubble wrap.
