Up for Auction is this Vintage Hand Painted Wooden Musical Scrap Book from Japan. This Unique item has both front and back smooth hand painted wooden covers in a Japanese Style Scene. The Musical Scrap book is 16" long x 11" tall x1.5" thick. The Book has a metal hinge fastened with slotted brass(?) screws. The inside pages are the black crepe paper type with onion skin sheets on top. These pages are all intact and they are held into the book with tan red and yellow nylon cord. The music box mechanical device is inside the center binding piece and although it has loosened from it's place you can still wind it up and it will play. the shaft to turn on and off the music device is on wooden section of the first page. The wooded musical scrap book has four wooden decorative legs on each corner of the book. We will not accept refunds or returns on this music box scrapbook, however, we inspected it and graded it as accurately as possible.
