This auction is for a working vintage Motorola portable 7 inch television set model 7VT-5 from 1948. This television has recently been electronically restored by a master technician who has repaired television sets since the 1950's. All necessary tubes, capacitors, and resistors have been replaced. All of the channels have been aligned. The CRT 7JP4 is very good. The picture and sound are excellent.The leattte cover for the cabinet is in excellent condition, with no rips, tears, but one scratch that can be seen in photo 7. All of the knobs are original. The original back is present. The front screen has no marks or scratches. The set is missing the original antenna and the antenna base. This is one of the finest examples of 7 inch Motorola sets that I have seen.In the first and second photos, I have connected the set to a DVD player. From the original Superman television series, Superman, Lois Lane, and Jimmy Olsen save the world from sure disaster.Due to the age of this set, I cannot offer any guarantee.Buyer pays shipping.
