I bought two leather jackets at an auction. This one was stated as an original WW11 bombers jacket. I cant tell you myself if this is true. I dont see any military markings on the jacket only the size 38 is on the tag. It has all the character and what I call (patina) in the world in the looks of the leather. If not an original WW11 , it would have been out of the 1950's for sure. It's really in good condition except for the cloth cuffs on both sleeves. I'm sure these could be replaced, but it also adds to the look of age to me and if it would have fit me, I would leave everything original. I think the value should be over $250.00 on this, but I'm in it right and do not want to rip anyone off. Please check my other auctions for the second jacket that I bought that wont fit me either.
