Vintage World War 2 U.S. Navy W.A.V.E Uniform Jacket, Blouse, Tie and Skirt coming from th estate of Edith Arundel Bell. (name is sewn onto the tie) The uniform looks like it was custom made as there are no commercial tags of any kind. The jacket and skirt are in good condition - not much wear - there are a few small whitish areas. The jacket is lined. I also replaced the top button as the one that was there was damaged and partially missing. The replacement button has a different back than the other so I am including 3 more buttons that match the replaced one. The skirt buttons on the side instead of zipping. The short sleeved white blouse does not have a tag - it is also in pretty good condition - there are a few small spots on the shoulders - and a very small hole at a seam at the waist. The tie has some fading and some pin holes. The name tag is sewn onto the tie. wear. Measurements for the jacket are: (All are approx measured flat) Jacket back shoulder to shoulder - 15 " Chest/bust measured in front pit to pit - 17 1/2 " Waist 14 " . Blouse back shoulder to shoulder - 15" Chest/bust pit to pit - 19 " Waist - 15". Skirt Waist - 12 1/2 " Hips - 18 " Length - 28 1/2 ". The jacket and skirt have been cleaned.
