Offered is an original vintage WW II US Army long wool coat. This coat is in remarkable condition for its age. No rips, no tears, no holes and no odors. This is a double breasted coat with 3 buttons on each side (1 needs to be sewed back on, it's in the pocket). 2 extra long pockets. Nice tailored look to lapels. T is a button missing on the back belt but t is a button under the collar that could be used. T are a total of 9 original large gold eagle buttons and 2 small buttons, one on each epaulet. The coat belonged to Corp. Lecher, 32394845. The coat is a tiny bit wrinkled from storage. Beautiful olive green color, not faded, no holes. Many good years left in this coat. The perfect gift for a teenager or young adult who enjoys wearing vintage WWII clothing. Would go perfect with a WWII leather hat and vintage wool scarf. It is stamped 42 on the inside, I'm thinking this is the size which would be a mens small I believe. Bid with confidence, 100% feedback rating.
