Up for sale is a vintage original World War II USAAF B-7 Parka worn for cold weather conditions. I purchased this directly from the vet himself -he was stationed in the Aleutian Islands during the 2nd World War and sold me this because he was moving. The inside fabric tag states that this is a size 40R . I have a pic of the tag shown. The parka is in Excellent Original Condition - t is normal light wear but no damages -some soiling and a few misc dirty spots. I have alot of pics and will let you judge for yourself. This is certainly not an area of expertise for me but by viewing all the pics you should get a pretty darn good of an idea in regards to condition.

The parka was manufactured by Aero Leather Clothing Co. Beacon,N.Y.

I believe that the parka is made of lambs/sheepskin.The pockets are leather and the inside is plush and heavy. I know very little about sizing - but tag says that its a 40 Regular. If you have specific questions in regards to size such as arm length please let me know exactly w to measure from. I have zero knowledge about this type thing.

I see that one button loop is missing - but this is an simple fix .T is written in ink the person last name and a number on or near the neck area on the hood. You can see this in my pics - no biggy but noted. The parka is a bit soiled and could use a good cleaning. If you have any questions or concerns you can call my cell or email .Please ask all questions well in advance of the sales end as sometimes I am out of town on business and can not reply to emails.

I can ship via either USPS Parcel Post or UPS Ground which ever you prefer. As far as packaging - I will fold the coat and put it in a sturdy box - if anything more is desired - please ask.

If Insurance is not included in the shipping price -any and all liabilities in case of loss or damage are strictly yours. I package with utmost care but I will not responsible for any loss or mishandling damages caused by the shipping service whether it be UPS ,USPS, etc.

Insurance Claims must be initiated by the Purchaser of the item/ winning bidder. I will help with documentation support such as supplying receipts or other paperwork. For items shipped outside the US - I will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred once I have shipped.

Any item that sells for $250 or more and the buyer pays thru Paypal - $1.75 will be added for Signature Confirmation . This is only if payment is made using Paypal -for all other payment methods this will be waved. This is one of the requirements for their Seller Protection Policy. If paying thru Paypal I will only wave the amount if the winning bidder contacts me and I agree to do so.

Also buyers that want to pay thru Paypal and do not have a "Confirmed Address" on their account - I have the right to decline payment. I ask that before you make payment that you contact me via email or phone and give my approval. Once again I do this in order to meet Paypal requirements for their Seller Protection Policies.

I list all my items to the best of my abilities and as honestly and as comprehensively as possible. My descriptions are thorough but may not entail every last detail -so view all the pics and read the full description -plus ask any questions well in advance of sales end. I am not an expert in the many areas that I sell items in. As with all auctions you are buying the item AS IS.

When selling items such as Vintage Radios, Clocks, Watches, etc - I offer no guarantee's of the item working after shipment .I have never had a problem with this but I want to cover myself in the event - God Forbid - that I ship a working item and upon arrival the item is not working or if it fails in anyway upon receiving it. To the best of my knowledge - I will tell you if an item works, if t are any problems, if t are repai...
