Thai auction is for a very old cast steel horse harness or leather riveter tool as shown in pictures. Handle works freely and all parts are in good condition. Has PAT. OCT. - 9 - 1900 in raised letters on one side which you should be able to see in the pictures. Has the word PONY in raised letters on the other side which should also show in our pictures. Is 13-1/8" high to top of handle when raised, base is 5-5/8" by 1-3/4" and it weighs three pounds. Please contact us if you have any questions and we will try to answer them for you.
