C 1900...A LARGE PITCHER, HANDLED & LIDDED SUGAR GOLD TRIM & MORE!
This is a neat partial set of matching Victorian Limoges Bassett lavender violet pieces...George Bassett was a New York company with factories in Limoges and in Austria. From the later 1800's to WWI, they imported into the mostly table china with floral transfer decoration.
What is included with this set is shown they are piece by piece...each is decorated with small delicate violets with trailing leaves and foliage.
First is the pitcher...a small water pitcher or a large cream or milk pitcher...it is in excellent condition.
is the lidded sugar in excellent condition.
T is a pair of butter pats.
T is a butter dome lid but without the bottom plate. It is also in very fine condition.
T are the 5 berry bowls.
T are 8 saucers and 5 cups in good condition with no hairlines...t are 3 more cups with hairlines...one is shown at the end of these pics.
