Virginia Metalcrafters Fox & Whip- Fox Hunt Doorstop This Item is the Perfect Gift for Fox hunt Collectors! Offered for sale is a vintage Virginia Metalcrafters Fox & Whip Doorstop. It is 15 ½âe tall, 4 3/8âe wide and 5 ½âe long [front to back]. It is a two piece design and can be shipped in a USPS Flat Rate Box to save on shipping due to its weight so it will be unassembled upon arrival. This great doorstop embodies the charm and quaintness of the fox hunt. Made from mold formed brass construction and is heavy enough for any door or accent near your fireplace or hunt room. The back is stamp marked with an early Virginia Metalcrafters logo and the mold numbers 18-3. The whip end is shaped like a heart. The brass has a pleasant deep - natural patination!
