Visconti F.Pen Ultima Lira Regno D'Italia Limited Edition~ The lira was the currency of Italy between 1861 and 2002. The term originates from the value of a pound weight (Latin: libra ) of high purity silver. When the lira was replaced by the euro, the Ultima Lira was created and presented to the great state institutions during a ceremony marking the passage. Visconti's limited edition of 975 pieces is a black lucite cap and end section with an embossed, carved, and engraved 925 sterling silver overlay over metallic palladium plated base.
