Vista Alegre Mottahedeh tureen with lid and underplate. Both tureen and plate read "Mottahedeh Vista VA Alegre Portugal" on the bottoms. Lovely pieces, each in very nice condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. The tureen measures about 5 5/8" high without lid, about 9 3/4" with lid, and about 9 3/4" long x 7 1/2" wide. Underplate measures approximately 16" x 11 1/2". T is no slot w a spoon or ladle would rest so not sure if t was one originally or not. Beautiful! Wedgorama: Is almost 4 years old!
