VERY NICE SET OF FONTANINI CHERUBS! THIS IN ONE OF TWO IDENTICAL SETS I AM OFFERING. I WAS TOLD AT THE ESTATE SALE THAT THEY WHERE UNWRAPPED FROM THE ORIGINAL PACKING AND HAVE NEVER BEEN DISPLAYED. THE LABEL DATES THEM 1978. THE COLORS ARE BEAUTIFUL... ESPECIALLY THE TURQUOISE BLUE ON THE VASE, WHEELBARROW, WINGS AND FLOWERS. ALL OF THE ANGELS HAVE YELLOW, BLONDE HAIR. THEY ARE BOTH MARKED: DEPOSE, ITALY, THE NUMBER AND THE SPIDERWEB MARK THAT WAS USED FROM THE 1960'S TO THE 1980'S. THE VASE IS #185 AND THE WHEELBARROW IS #187.THE VASE FIGURINE MEASURES 3 1/2" TALL X 2/3/4" LONG X 1 1/2" WIDE. THE WHEELBARROW FIGURINE MEASURES 3 3/4" TALL X 3 3/4" LONG X 1 1/2" WIDE. BOTH ARE IN PRISTINE CONDITION. IT WOULD BE VERY NICE TO HAVE BOTH SETS SO YOU COULD MIX, MATCH AND ALTERNATE THE ARRANGEMENT.
