These cufflinks have a multi-level design on the front: a railroad engine with cow catcher, overlaid with an inkwell with pen and quill. In the front is a banner with the letters "ARMEA."Much research has let me to believe ARMEA stands for American Railway Mechanical Engineers Association. The cufflinks have a swivel toggle that can be moved up and down. The cufflinks are marked "1/20 12K Gold Filled."
