CHARMING VINTAGE REGAL PATENTED DESIGN LITTLE RED RIDING HOOD COOKIE JAR! Lovely vintage cookie jar...t his is an original Little Red Riding Hood jar, NOT a reproduction! Marked on base...Little Red Riding Hood Pat. Des. No.136889 U.S.A. Produced by REGAL CHINA , circa 1941 she has wonderful color and gold embellishment that is still very good. Additionally she has a charming spray of flowers and posies on the hem of her skirt...a little basket on her arm for Grandma's cookies when she get to her house! We do have damage that has been repaired on the base...and have shown that for you in our posted photos. Still and all, she is a cutie with blue eyes and blushing cheeks! Measures in at 13" tall overall with the lid in place. We have several cookie jars listed this week, including a Shawnee Winnie the Pig with original label. Be sure to look in!
