It approximately takes 2 - 3 business weeks to be delivered to our office from our Tailor Shop.
It may take 1-2 more business weeks when the wig has a difficult procedure.
Domestic Shipping
Once your Costume delivers to our office, you'll get your costume within 3-5 business days.
International Shipping
We use USPS Priority Mail International for customers who ordered outside of The United States.
To most major cities in Europe, Asia, and North America delivery normally takes 5-10 business days. Please rest assured that your contact number would only be used for filling up the international shipping form. We will not be responsible for shipping delays caused by buyer's failure to provide a day-time phone number contactable by the shipping company.
NOTE
Customers are responsible for the additional charges.
Import Duties, Taxes, or Custom Fees may apply when you receive your package.
These charges are imposed by your Local Government.
Therefore, contact your local post office or the customs office.
Cosplay House is not responsible for paying any of the additional charges.
Cosplay Wigs are usually not returnable. We accept only exchanges within 7 days. Once you receive your package, and for any reason you are not satisfied with your item
You can contact us within the 3 days you've received the package.
It's best to contact us once you get your package because after contacting us and resolving the problem,
we need to have your item back to us within the one week you've received the item.
Otherwise, we cannot exchange or refund your item.
We can solve your problem by Exchanges or Refunds.
When you return your item back to our office;
please note you will be charged 35% restocking fee and you'll be responsible to pay the return shipping cost.
Only the listing price excluding shipping fees would be refunded.
Item must be returned to us in original and in an unused condition.
Please note Halloween Exchange Policy does not apply the above policy.
