VINTAGE 8" Strung Vogue Ginny Early 1952-53 CLOTHING LOT - Includes Wavette, Margie, Hope, Donna & Talon Zippers Series AM Outfits - Used Condition - Excellent Overall - No JunkReady to Use on Some of Your Ginny Dolls that Need Nice Strung Ginny Doll Clothes (See Photos & Description for Details)NOTE: AS MENTIONED IN OUR DESCRIPTION, THE WHITE DRESS WITH BLUE DAISY TRIM AND MATCHING PANTIES MAY BE A REMAKE ALTHOUGH IT WAS SOLD TO US AS AN ORIGINAL VINTAGE OUTFIT, THERE IS NO TAG BUT MANY OUTFITS WEREN'T ALWAYS TAGGED BUT WE HAVE A STRONG SUSPICION THAT IS A REMAKE, VERY WELL DONE. IF WE ARE WRONG THAN IT IS A GREAT OUTFIT, NO STAINS, NO ISSUES OTHER THAN ITS QUESTIONABLE AGE, ALL OTHER OUTFITS ARE ORIGINAL VINTAGE We are offering a nice group of early vintage Vogue 8" Ginny doll clothes. These clothes have been used at some point but are still in nice overall condition with no repairs. Four of the five outfits are from 1952; the one is from 1953. All do not appear to have been washed but if any were they were done well but we doubt they were. We will detail each one below but please bear in mind; these are all nice, no junk & no ugly stains or tears, used condition but view the photos for a close look.1952 Blue Checked 2-piece Wavette Dress Set with Straw Original Hat - nice, no tag, no spots, stains or repairs, chin strap on hat may be slightly loose/show wear1952 Hope Green Dress Set - nice, tagged, panty elastic in waist/legs slightly loose; color may be ever so slightly darker than dress, hard to tell in night lighting but possibly, one tiny pin point spot we noticed on back of dress (amber in color) very tiny, most would not even see to mention1952 Donna Dress only - appears never washed, original felt mock buttons on bodice, not replacements, ever so slightly dingy and tiny spot on back (see photo); we'll leave any laundering if needed up to the new owner, tagged ( we may have the matching panties and will add them to the auction in the next couple of days if we find them )1952 Margie Dress & Panties - this outfit is mint, no tag. Although many would not think to even mention, we strongly suspect, although this was sold to us as a vintage 1950's outfit, it possibly could be a newer version made several years ago, not recently. We just aren't sure but have our suspicions so you are buying it as old style with old fabric possible made later than the 1950's or perhaps not. Sadly sometimes the seller doesn't know that they had been fooled and then unknowingly sell it as vintage. We would rather mention but hope that it is a great vintage set (matching dress & panties).1953 Talon Zipper Series AM - tagged, excellent, never washed, colors are nice, cute set, 2-piece includes shirt & jean shortsYou are buying the lot "as is, shown & described" so please study the photos carefully. There is no ugly rust or stains by the hook and eye closures. We did not notice any tears or repairs but it is remotely possible we missed something, so please bear in mind that these are gently used doll clothes that are vintage. We do think most would be very pleased with this group if you need some cute outfits for some strung dolls that you don't want to invest a huge amount of $$ in to dress.We take pride in providing lots of accurate details and photos, but please contact us if we have missed something of concern not covered in our description or pictures as we are happy to try to help.
