Up for bidding is a very nice old Voigtlander Prominent II with a 50mm f2 ultron lens. The camera shows very light signs of use for it's age, however there are a few very small areas of corrosion near the rewind button, some pin point marks on the top plate to the left of shoe and a small mark next to the flash shoe. There are also tiny white marks on the finder windows, not alot and looks like tiny specks of spray paint(see photos) nothing severe and not noticable during normal use and only really visible under close inspection from the front. The view finder is bright and clear, rangefinder is accurate, some light wear to the black paint on front lower right corner, also a little on sides. The shutter was not initially working when I found this, hadn't been used in a long time, but came to with just the shutter being run through the speeds, it seems to be working well, but sounds a little sluggish at the 1 second setting, however it is not hanging up. The lens also has the same white specks mostly on the black surround, but a bit on glass, mostly on the edge, photo makes it look far worse than it is, it would not effect photo quality. Interior of lens has some very light dust, again nothing that would effect photo. Over all a great old camera which seems to work fine, and is real pretty, however I would get it serviced if I expected read more
