Professionally cleaned, fully restored and verified as authentic, this is vintage VOLLRATH WARE as it was meant to look!! When this very fine 60+ year old #10 cast iron skillet left the Vollrath factory, it was NOT encrusted with grease and carbon, was NOT rusty, did NOT reek of rancid oil, and allowing for fairly routine kitchen use, now once again looks much like it did so many decades ago!
