Coming to eBay is this very rare 1920's Electric Tin Wind Up / Clockwork French Monocoupe 12 window Passenger Airliner with (very rare) electric running light made in Germany by J.D.N. (Distler). Litho's are very bright with front side windows with Dressed Pilots on each side, 10 cylinder motor, D. 19, door w/ J.D.N in ribbon around globe, white trim with fine back outline throughout windows and fuselage with litho'd rivets, very detailed French Passenger Monocoupe made in Germany. Measures 15 1/2" fuselage with wingspan 14 3/8" as in very early airplanes the fuselage is longer than wing span. This early Wind up highwing monocoupe with Electric light comes in Red fuselage and wings with French Roundels on each side of top wing, decals have some crasing but not bad at all.. Top wing is very colorful with divided white borders and Red, White and Blue roundels circles decal on top of paint. Some minor scratches and paint flaking. Super nice old vertical tail nice and large like very early ones. Horizonal Tail wings are red with gray bottoms and show minimal wear. Adjustible rear tail wheel.
