Going through the many, many boxes that I inherited, that were stored in an air conditioned storage down here in Florida, I found this large hand-made WWI vintage fighter airplane hand-made of 100% metal. This metal art measures 10" at its longest with a wingspan of 10", is 4" at its tallest, and the real-to-life detail is simply fantastic. I mean, for being all metal the tires look like rubber, it has a 3" three-blade prop that spins, three rear fins with braces, biplane wings with braces, and is finished in a gun metal gray, silver, and has patina. VERY COOL!!! This metal art was hand-made and custom made, and what I found is that it is a replica of a WWI fighter plane. There are four red, yellow, and blue bullseyes, and marked on both sides of the body is: "OK-FOL 20~A.S.M.S.". If someone out there knows what plane this is a replica of, I would love your input. I can't imagine the time and effort it took to make this fantastic detailed WWI fighter airplane. I mean, all the painting, welding, the making of all the parts with detail, it had to have taken hours and hours and hours. WOW~WHAT A PIECE OF ART!!! Take a look at the pictures and check-out the measurements~this is not a Matchbox airplane~it is large and would look fantastic displayed in your home, in your bar room, in your library, etc., etc. for decades to come.
