Customer Return - Includes innotab and original box. Will ship with a stylus, tablet, original box and usb cable. Clean unit but has quite a few scratches on the front and is obviously used. Tested cartridge, touch screen and all buttons for functionality and guaranteed to work. It doesn't look like new but it's half the price of new! Product Condition Our items are sourced from various methods and are in various conditions. The items will be described individually. You may find several items in our store or up for auction with differing prices. Usually this is because one has retail packaging or is brand new in the box versus an open box version. If you don't care about the retail box or the included patch cables you can probably save a few bucks on the same item in one of our other auctions! If you have questions about what works, what is included or anything else, ask us before bidding! Sportscards are presumed to be NM or better unless otherwise noted. If you have a specific question on a card please ask before biddng. Payment Options Payment is expected within 4 days on auction items and items where a Best Offer was accepted. Our store is configured to send an unpaid item reminder after 5 days. If payment cannot be made within those 5 days, please let us know you plan on paying for the auction. We only accept PayPal for payment. Shipping Costs & Details Purchased items will generally ship within 24 hours of cleared PayPal payment. Items will ship for the cost listed in the auction, most of the time it's free! Heavier or cheaper items where it is cost prohibitive to ship for free may have a nominal shipping. Please look at the auction details to be sure. We will only ship to the confirmed address on your PayPal payment. Returns & Warranty Returns are not accepted if an item arrives to you in the described condition and with the listed accessories and packing. If you would like to return an item please contact us and we will try and work with you. Return shipping will be the buyers responsibility if we accept your return request. If your item arrives in damaged packaging notify the carrier upon receipt of the item. If the item is damaged upon opening please let us know and we will work with you to find a resolution. Warranties - Most items will not have a warranty. It is up to the manufacturer whether they want to warranty an item after you receive it.
