VTG 1960s HADAR CHRISTMAS TWINKLE TWEE TREE BLINKING LIGHTS W/ BOX This great 1960’s vintage item from Christmas past has multicolored blinking lights that changes colors (Red, Green, Blue) through a celluloid type plastic tree with “sprinkles” that stands approximately 18” tall on a base that is approximately 12” in diameter. The green cord is in good condition and the tree works great and the bulbs light and blink. There are a few splits and tears and some yellowing of the plastic from age (as is customary with this type of tree). The top tip has some splits, but is still able to display the red ball ornament. Most of the holes and tears in the plastic are near the bottom so please use the zoom feature to check the pictures careful ly before bidding. These defects, however, do not distract from the beauty of this tree which gives a dazzling display of changing colored lights. This fragile tree has been kept in storage in the original box which is included with this purchase. The box reads: “TWINKLE TWEE, Hadar, Inc., 300 N. Lexington Ave. , Pittsburgh , PA. ” The box, however, has become brittle and torn from storage. Attempts have been made in past years to tape the box together, but it will need re-taped, but I will leave that to the new owner. All purchases must be made through PayPal.
