Vtg 40's Sheaffer Triumph Green Striated Oversize Pen Description:GOD BLESS & HAPPY VALENTINES DAY TO YOU AND YOURS Auction is for a Vintage (1940's) Sheaffer Oversize Triumph Green Striated Fountain Pen. It is NOT working, and I think is empty as I can see through the Barrel in bright light. I'm selling the Pen for parts, or to restore with No Returns. This pen measures 5 1/8" end to end, and is just shy of 1/2" thick. The clip and center band appears silver, and shows Patina from sitting. You pros will know best about it being silver or not. There are some fine scratches and very fine bite marks. There is also a very small impression on the center band that did not show well in the photos. On the pump there is a very very tiny flea bite that I would have missed if not looking through my 10X Jewelers Loupe. The Nib is Marked 14K and Appears in great Physical condition. I certainly think this Pen will restore nicely, and add well to any Pen collection. It is again being sold As Is to restore with no returns.
