I am assuming this was given out by insurance agents when parents bought a life insurance policy for their new baby since it says THE FIRST STEP on it.
GOOD VINTAGE CONDITION
The key is missing to this.
It doesn't sound like there is any money in this.
Approximate SIZE :
3-1/8" wide x 4-1/2" deep x 7/8" thick
This is heavy.
The sides are made of metal that has tarnished somewhat.
This is a well made bank
I'm sure it could be polished up some.
