This lovely antique cameo is a very presentable size at a little more than 1 1/2" high and approximately 1 3/8" wide. It is a quality piece with a gold filled mount for a pendant or for use as a pin brooch. The mount is marked 1/20 12k gold filled. The shell carving is called THREE GRACES which depicts a desirable art nouveau scene of three ladies dancing. It is a gorgeous piece that has lived through the periods of the Victorian, Edwardian, World Wars and now has become a significant fashion statement for the steampunk style. There is no damage to this piece that I can see.
