Antique ART DECO roaring 20's gold LACE flapper dressAmazing early ART DECO 1920's GOLD METALLIC LACE silk chiffon dress. Incredible lacework on layered on sheer 100% silk chiffon fabric. Lace has a metallic gold finish & seems to consist of a fine wire material. The design is INCREDIBLE in person. The very delicate design with FINE craftsmanship throughout. SUPERB back design with ribbons of silk chiffon cascading from the shoulders to the hemline, accented with an adorable bow. Hemline has great paneled detail with black chiffon pleats in the front & back adding tons of volume & movement. A lot of hand crafting went into this dress. It is an extremely fine example of authentic roaring 20's flapper girl dresses.Very good vintage condition. T is some minor wear consistent with age, a few small tears, but nothing serious. When you see the dress overall, the issues are minor & can be repaired pretty simply if desired, but it looks great as is. Size Small.
