Vtg Art Nouveau Deco Pansy Silver Flower Necklace This auction is for a charming and pretty, Art Nouveau pansy floral necklace, that is from the 1930's - 40's.This necklace is silvertone measuring just under 17" long and closes securely with its original spring ring clasp. The pansies are realistic looking with a nice amount of detail and a curved shape however the necklace is fairly light in weight. The pansies graduate slightly in size from 1 1/8" in diameter in front down to 7/8" in back. At one point the pansies appear to have had a coppery finish that has mostly worn away with only a bit left on the pansies at the front. The silvertone also shows a bit of wear and surface scratching but the piece still has a nice patina with little darkening and no discoloration or verdigris. Overall this is a charming and pretty, Art Nouveau pansy floral necklace, that is from the 1930's - 40's and in good condition.
