VTG ARTE ICET MURANO GLASS BLOWN MADONNA VIRGIN NR Description: This is a beautiful vintage hand blown glass Madonna marked Arte Icet Murano. The previous owner told me his parents bought this about 30-40 years aog, so I would put it at circa 1950's-60's. A combination of colors from clear to a smoke color as the primary body. Controlled bubbles everyw with the exception of the arms, halo and face.Stands just shy of 14" high and weighs in at 2.5 lbs. The bottom has an etched Arte Icet Murano mark, see picture below. The piece is in excellent condition, no chips, no rough edges. T is one very small rough spot on the back about 1 1/2" below the halo.This is a beautiful figure, you won't be disappointed.
