Up for auction is a pair of antique BENJAMIN copper/glass dome light fixtures. Both fixtures measure approximately 7 1/2- 8 " tall, with the diameter of the base of the dome being about 3 3/4" across. Each base shows signs of age and wear, consistent with it's use in an industrial environment. Each copper base is stamped Benjamin as well as some other information, part of which is shown in the photographs. These bases may have areas of outside wear or paint on them which has not attempted to be removed. Please see above photos for accurate representations of their condition and color. Each lamp contains the original porcelain style socket and metal locking ring. Each socket and lock ring are able to be removed without significant force. I have done so to take out some old wiring that was still connected to the back of the socket. Sockets do have some dirt buildup, and I can not guarantee their functionality, but all pieces of both sockets are intact and included. I have successfully rewired these style sockets before and have had 100% success in getting them to work, however I do not guarantee the functionality of this specific pair, as I have not attempted to rewire it in any way.
